I am privileged to contribute my wishing for our school web page as the primary sectional head of our Holy Angels Girls’ College, Kuliyapitiya.
Looking back on the proud history of our school I wish to extend my sincere thanks to all those who laboured for this present situation of our school.
Primary section had been looked after all these years by generous teachers with the guidance of Principal Sister W.M.G. Fernando. They have encouraged and brought up many students to get through the scholarship exams in each year. With many seminars and activity programs they were trying their best to bring up those children in each year.
I take this opportunity to thank all these teachers who laboured to bring up these children as the stars in our zone as well as in the district.
We are enriched by the 15 classes of grade 1-5 including 3 parallel classes for each grade. Our children may practice dance with help of dancing teachers and they may sing with the guidance of our music sir of secondary classes. We allow the children to grow physically and mentally while giving the opportunity to have sport meet, religion festivals, seminars and concert by yearly. I wish and pray that all our girls may be honest and sincere girls to the society of our world. May God bless you all!
